W3 initiative is a Ghanaian based non-governmental organization led by girls for girls to girls which empowers young women with skills and girls to break cultural limitation to achieve their goals. We enhance the capacity building of women and youth in Ghana through our Vocational Education training (VET), Leadership, Technology and Entrepreneurship.
